We service a large number of customers every year and as a result we can negotiate with our suppliers better prices. Moreover, as an internet business we keep our overheads to a minimum enabling us to pass on great savings to you.
The majority of our products are not heavy and therefore they can be easily shipped with a minimum cost. We consider the shipping cost as a cost of developing the product so we include it in the final shown in our website.
We have several warehouses over the world including : United States Of America, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and China. We are also plan to have a new warehouse in Canada (within 2019). Before we start promoting a product we ship large quantities to our warehouses so that we can deliver the products as soon as possible.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and always ensure your credit or debit card details are sent over the internet in encrypted form to ensure secure online payment. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our website.
Yes Paypal is an option of payment available to you during check out.
Within 24 hours from the purchase time you can cancel your order with out any penalty. If however the payment has been cleared we will refund the money back to you after we subtract the cost of making the payment back to you. In the case we have shipped the product to you we can not cancel your order.
After 24 hours we do not accept cancellations .
Use the Contact Form in our website and type “cancellation”, please include in your message the order id that we will send to you in your email after the purchase.
If your receive an item that is damaged or defective, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Firstly though, you will need to contact us through the Return Form in our website and inform us about the damaged or defective product.
You will then be able to choose to get a refund or have a replacement sent to you, both option applicable once we receive the item. In the case that the product is defective because of inappropriate use the above options are not applicable.
All information about tracking your order will be available to your email once the payment is made. Moreover you will have the ability to login to your account (if you have created one during the checkout) and through the dashboard we offer you will be able to track your order and see the shipment status.
Our products are usually offered through physical stores with higher prices. We have the ability to make quick sales on them but only for low volume of stock which usually runs out within 1-3 days per destination.
If the product you are interested in has been provided through one of our exclusive suppliers we might be able to offer it to you (It really depends on the volume of stock available).
If the product is manufactured by us and we have stock available then we can immediately offer it to you. In the case that no stock is available we will inform you when the product will be available. For some products that time maybe after few months.
We leave clues in our front page but with out revealing everything, we feel that it would not be interesting otherwise 🙂
